As a psychologist working with people who have so many struggles and challenges, I always believed that people needed small reminders to choose themselves intentionally. I created these roll-ons with a little wish in my heart, to make tiny moments in a day feel a little calmer, grounded and connected.

Each roll-on is thoughtfully crafted to complement a different mood, whether you need a moment of bliss, feeling energetic, a spark of creativity or simply a little happiness in your day. These roll-ons are my way of bringing that intention into your everyday rituals, a gentle reminder to pause, reconnect with yourself, and make space for how you want to feel.
