What is Everaw Nutrition all about?

We make real, clean, and ridiculously convenient fruit and nut-based snacks. No sugar bombs. No shady ingredients. Just honest nutrition, made to fit into real life.

What makes Everaw different?

It's simple: we don't mess with what's already perfect.

We take nature's best - fruits, nuts, superfoods and transform them in the most convenient form. No preservatives. No added sugar. No empty promises.

Are your products really 100% natural?

Yes, our labels don't hide anything. No artificial flavors, no colors, no fillers. If it's in the jar or the pouch, it's there for a reason (and you'll be able to pronounce it).

Who are your products made for?

For parents packing tiffins, adults trying to eat clean, snackers with sweet cravings, and anyone who wants real food made easy. Whether you're 5 or 55, Everaw fits in.

Who founded Everaw Nutrition?

Everaw was founded by three passionate individuals:
Yash Soni - Freeze-dry pioneer with 8 years of cross-industry experience. Discovered freeze-drying during his spine injury recovery.
Kanika Kishnani - Creative storyteller and founder of VGOTU, a creative production house. Leads brand identity and visual storytelling.
Lucky Soni - Strategy builder with a decade of experience at Deloitte and Decimal Health. MESA School of Business alum. Leads strategy, GTM, and operations.

What does "Everaw" mean?

"Everaw" stands for "ever raw", our commitment to keeping food as close to its raw, natural state as possible. We believe raw food is flawed, and those flaws are perfect. That's the philosophy behind everything we make.

Super Spreads

Collapsible content

What exactly is a “super spread”?

It's not just a nut butter, and it's definitely not a jam. It's a creamy blend of real nuts, real freeze-dried fruits, and superfoods, with no added sugar, preservatives, or palm oil. Think of it as fruit, nuts, and goodness in one spoon.

What are activated almonds/cashews?

They're nuts that have been soaked and gently dried to make them easier to digest and more nutritious. Basically, they're nuts with their guard down, so your body can absorb the good stuff better.

How are activated nuts more nutritious?

When nuts are soaked (aka “activated”), it helps break down something called phytic acid, which normally blocks the absorption of minerals like iron, zinc, and calcium. So activation makes it easier for your body to actually absorb the nutrients already present in the nuts.

Do you use color to make it look fruity?

Never. The color you see comes from the fruit and superfoods we use - strawberries, turmeric, butterfly pea flower. Nature's palette.

How can you fit 400g of fruit in 200g jar?

It's almost magic - just freeze-drying! We remove the water (not the nutrition), so 400g of fresh fruit fits into a 200g jar. All the goodness, less of the bulk.

Why is there oil on top of the nut butter?

That's just the natural oil from the nuts rising to the top. Since we don't use emulsifiers or stabilizers, a quick stir is all it needs to get back to smooth.

Why do you use stevia instead of sugar?

Because we believe food should fuel you, not drain you. Stevia gives us a hint of sweetness without the sugar crash, especially important for kids and anyone avoiding added sugar.

Is stevia safe for kids?

Yes, in small amounts and we use only a small amount. Stevia is a plant-based sweetener with zero sugar, and it helps us keep things sweet without spiking blood sugar.

Why do you use grape-seed oil?

It's neutral in flavor, light in texture, and helps make our spreads creamier without overwhelming the taste of nuts or fruits. Plus, it's a good source of Vitamin E.

How do I use it?

Spread it on toast, roll it in a roti, mix it in yogurt, drizzle it on pancakes, or just eat it straight off the spoon. No rules here.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

Not really. Store in a cool spot and give it a stir if the oil separates (that's normal). If you prefer a thicker texture, the fridge is fine too.

Classic Spreads

Collapsible content

What are classic spreads?

Our classic spreads are pure, single-nut butters made from activated or sprouted nuts. No fruit infusions, no fancy add-ons, just clean nut butter done right. No palm oil, no refined sugar, no fillers.

What does "activated" mean in activated cashew or almond butter?

Activation is a process where nuts are soaked in water and then gently dried. This helps reduce phytic acid (which blocks mineral absorption) and makes the nuts easier to digest. The result is a smoother, more nutritious butter your body can absorb better.

What does "sprouted" mean in sprouted peanut butter?

Sprouting takes activation a step further. The peanuts are soaked until they begin to germinate, which increases enzyme activity and nutrient availability. It also makes the butter gentler on digestion compared to regular peanut butter.

How is this different from store-bought nut butter?

Most store-bought nut butters use palm oil, hydrogenated fats, refined sugar, and stabilizers. Ours use none of that. Just real nuts, activated or sprouted for better nutrition, blended into a smooth, clean spread.

Why is there oil on top?

That's the natural oil from the nuts. Since we don't add emulsifiers or stabilizers, the oil rises to the top over time. Just give it a stir before use and it's good to go.

Which classic spread should I try first?

If you love peanut butter, start with our sprouted peanut butter, it's familiar but better. For something richer, try the activated cashew butter. And if you want a treat, the roasted hazelnut butter is hard to beat.

Do classic spreads need refrigeration?

Not required, but you can if you prefer a firmer texture. Store in a cool, dry place. Stir if the oil separates. Simple.

Whole Fruit Snacks

Collapsible content

What is freeze-dried fruit?

It's real fruit, just without the water. We use a special freeze-drying process that turns fresh, juicy fruits into light, crunchy snacks while keeping their natural taste and nutrition intact.

What does it taste like?

Like the fruit itself, only crunchier and more intense. It's sweet, tangy, or tropical depending on the fruit, but always true to nature.

How is this different from sun dried or dehydrated fruits?

Unlike dehydrated or sun-dried fruits (which often add sugar), freeze-drying preserves the fruit's flavor, color, shape, and nutrients without any additives. It's light and crisp, not chewy or sticky.

Can I use this in recipes?

Totally. Crumble it over desserts, bake it into muffins, or blend into smoothies. It adds natural flavour and crunch without any extra sugar.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes! In fact, it's a favourite with parents because it's a no-mess, no-junk snack kids actually love.

How do I eat this?

Enjoy it straight from the pouch, or use it to top your smoothie bowls, mix into yogurt, or add crunch to desserts. It's fruit, just more fun.

How long does it last?

Sealed packs can last up to 2 years. That's the magic of freeze-drying - it pauses nature, without compromising on taste or nutrition.

Does it need refrigeration?

Nope. Just store it in a cool, dry place. It's designed to travel well and live on your desk, in your bag, or in your snack drawer.

Health & Nutrition

Are freeze-dried fruits as nutritious as fresh fruits?

Almost! Freeze-drying preserves up to 97% of the original nutrients - vitamins, minerals, and fiber stay intact. The only thing removed is water, not nutrition. It's the closest you can get to fresh fruit in a shelf-stable snack.

Is freeze-dried fruit good for diabetics?

Our freeze-dried fruits have no added sugar. However, they do retain the natural sugars present in fresh fruit. We always recommend consulting your doctor for personalized dietary advice. Portion control is key, a little goes a long way!

Are Everaw products gluten-free and vegan?

Yes! All our fruit snacks and nut butters are 100% gluten-free and plant-based. No dairy, no gluten, no animal products. Please check individual product labels for specific allergen information (tree nuts, peanuts).

How many calories are in freeze-dried fruit?

Freeze-dried fruit has roughly the same calories as fresh fruit per serving, around 30-50 kcal per 10g depending on the fruit. It just weighs less because the water is removed, so the nutrition is more concentrated.

Is nut butter healthier than regular butter?

Nut butters are rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber, while dairy butter is mostly saturated fat. Our nut butters have no palm oil, no refined sugar, and no hydrogenated oils, making them a much cleaner choice for everyday use.
