1. Program Ownership

• The Refer & Earn program is operated solely by Everaw Nutrition.
• All rights related to rewards, discounts, cashback, and program rules remain exclusively with Everaw Nutrition.

2. Program Changes

• Everaw Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
• Everaw Nutrition may also update the rewards, cashback value, or eligibility conditions at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Orders placed using your own referral code will not qualify for cashback.
• Only valid referrals (meeting the order minimum, successful delivery, and no cancellation or RTO) will qualify.

4. Reward Payouts

• Cashback is processed within 7 days after delivery of the referred order.
• In case of order cancellations, returns, or RTOs, cashback will not be issued.
• Rewards can only be redeemed once per referral and are non-transferable.

5. Redemption Conditions

• Cashback redemption links sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email can only be used once.
• Once redeemed on any channel, links on other channels automatically expire.

6. Expiry & Validity

• Rewards may have an expiry date (mentioned in the reward message). Expired rewards cannot be claimed.
• Cashback once redeemed cannot be reversed or reissued.

7. Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or game the referral system (including fake accounts or bulk self-referrals) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Liability

• Everaw Nutrition is not liable for any delays in reward credit caused by third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, or banks).
• Everaw Nutrition's decision on any disputes will be final and binding.

9. Governing Rights

• By participating, you agree to all terms laid down by Everaw Nutrition.
• Everaw Nutrition reserves all rights to interpret, enforce, or amend these terms as needed.
